Bill Bitto
Owner
Out of high school, Bill enrolled and served 6 years in the Military as an engineer. He also worked as a Business Manager for a well established company in the Northern VA area. Afterwards, He went on to work for a friend in the masonry industry prior to opening his own business. Bill has now been involved in the Masonry industry for well over 20 years. His knowledge allows us to provide you with a cost effective quality product. Bill personally meets with every potential client to discuss their project. He is hands on and involved in every aspect of your project from start to finish. He married his wife, Kim in 1999, and shortly after they started their Family, and beloved business in 2002. Together all 5 members of their Family work to give their customers the best experience possible.
Kim Bitto
Owner / Office Administrator
When you call the office, Kim will most likely be your first point of contact. She co-owns the business alongside her Husband, Bill. Kim became a cosmetologist out of High School and worked many years in the Salon. She also worked as an administrative assistant at a well known company in Northern Virginia. In 2014, she started working in the office full time and still does hair part-time. With her experience, She provides a very high level of Customer Service to our customers. When Kim isn't in the office, she may be doing hair in her home salon, spending time with family, FaceTiming her grandson or cuddling with her dogs.
Mac Bitto
Salesman
Mac is the son of Bill and Kim, and a trained salesman for CM Hardscapes. He graduated in 2021, and immediately had interest in learning the business. He has been efficiently trained in the last year by Bill, and continues to learn the masonry industry every day. When Mac is not selling jobs, running estimates, or writing up paperwork, he is spending time with his girlfriend, playing with his Dog, or enjoying many of his outdoor hobbies - Hunting, Fishing, Dirt bike racing, etc.
Macie Appleton
Admin Assistant
Macie is the daughter of Bill and Kim, and works alongside her Mom in the office answering calls/emails, and writing up estimates, while ensuring the office is running smoothly and remains organized. Macie also assists her husband with his business - Appleton Custom Fabrications - and together, they have a sweet daughter who is the light of their lives. When Macie isn’t working, she is baking delicious cakes, cooking and spending time with her family, or working on her latest creative project.
Linda Bitto
Admin Assistant
A few days a week, Bill’s Mom Linda comes and assists in the office by making and returning phone calls, filing, and helping in any way she can. Linda retired after 26 years from the Government as an Administrative Assistant/Senior Secretary. She is a mother of 3, a Nana of 8, G-Nana to 4, and expecting another in November. In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, doing yard work, and cooking for her loved ones.
Paul Appleton
Railing Specialist / Welder
Paulie is the Husband to Macie and Son-in-Law to Bill and Kim. He moved from New Jersey in 2018 and married Macie in November 2021. Paulie found a passion for welding right out of high school and learned his skill in house at a prominent sheet metal company in Jersey. He excelled at it and pursued the industry further by getting his 3G certification. Paulie's specialties include custom metal fabrication, and working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. When he isn't in the shop, installing railings, or working on his latest project, Paulie enjoys riding his motorcycle, camping, and spending time with his friends and family.
